Melting
AAPL uses Medium Frequency Induction melting furnaces for optimal metal availability and power efficiency. The Company has installed multiple Inductotherm DUAL TRAK-R plus furnaces which utilizes the latest technology in its power & control system to apply melting power to one furnace and holding power to another furnace, simultaneously to ensure close to 100% utilization during the melting process.

Design
We have a Design Pattern which shapes the castings. It is the first step to providing solutions. Normally we receive drawings and sketches showing the sectional dimensions. Designers create drawings of components then our product development team makes aluminium patterns, master pattern and continue with other dimensional inspections. It is one of our major activities.
DRAWING/ Models
Designers use Cam Works to make various drawings required for pattern making, machining, finishing and inspection.
